In addition to his victory, he earned top-five finishes in his other two starts, including a runner-up effort in 2013.
TEXAS RECAP: Hemric claimed his sixth top-five finish of the season with a fourth-place run last Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway. After starting fifth, he finished second in both stages and led 13 laps before ultimately ending the day fourth.

Talk about your preparation for this weekend in Nashville…
“We have been doing a lot of prep work with our tools at TRD and JGR and I have spent a lot of time on the simulator. Fortunately, Dave Rogers (crew chief) has been there a lot, so we’ve been able to go through his notes. We have a lot of good information and driver (throttle) trace stuff to look at. That stuff will obviously vary with what we’re racing now versus what they were racing then, but I feel like there are trends that you can look at and learn some crucial things that will help set up the race car and help my mindset and thought process to have success going there for the first time.”
